entering PortAventura proved tricky, we had pre-booked tickets with seligo,
who sent us a voucher which had on it "caribe aquatic park outdoor area open
from 15 may to 30 september 2005 only" however there was some confusion and
the staff wouldn't accept the ticket saying those were the dates the ticket
was valid - no disrespect to the staff, its incredible they are multilingual,
but its frustrating the ticket company are resisting refunding the ticket
costs because they were valid, even though we couldn't use them, so effectively
we've paid twice to get into the park :(
I was really impressed by the multilingual staff and we didn't really encounter any problems at all...
Apart from the ticket fiasco once we where in the park we found all the staff
to be pleasant and the themeing was immense...
